Equipment: Clients will need to provide their own set of dumbbells (recommended 8-20lbs), a jump rope, set of resistance bands and exercise mat.
During the winter months, we will be training at GAC Fitness in Springboro and while we will have access to and be able to use all of the equipment, you will still need to bring your mat, dumbbells, bands and jump rope. FYI - Full showers and changing rooms are available for use at GAC and also babysitting on Thursday nights from 7-8PM for $5 a child. If you need a sitter on other evenings, please let me know.
Cost: Outdoors rate is $80 per session (4 weeks/12 classes). Indoors rate is $95 per session (4 weeks/12 classes). Drop in rate is $10 a class.
Registration: Pay in person via cash, check or Venmo.
Waivers: Participants must read, sign and turn in all waivers before or by the first class.
