I sent out a survey two days ago to see if anyone would be interested in virtual/remote classes and the answer was an overwhelming YES! So we are a GO! Have you ever wanted to join our classes but couldn’t because of scheduling or distance? Well now is your chance to join in on the fun! Here are the details:
1 week packages with classes starting Monday, March 30
Bootcamp Classes Offered LIVE on Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30-6:30AM
Bootcamp Classes Offered LIVE on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 6:00-7:00PM
Lunch Power Hour Offered LIVE Monday - Friday 12:00-12:30PM

Bootcamp classes are a cross-training combination of strength and weight training, calisthenics, cardio, HIIT and core conditioning. These classes run 1 hour.
The Lunch Power Hour classes are a 5 day series of workouts that come together to offer a variety of strength, cardio, HIIT and core conditioning to get you moving mid-day. These classes run 30 minutes and are different workouts than the bootcamp classes.
If you are unable to make the LIVE class times, class videos and written workouts will be provided via email to all enrolled participants for that class section (videos will expire after 24 hours). The only equipment you will need are dumbbells, a jump rope, a chair or box and an exercise band with handles.
