Too many leafy greens can leave some people feeling bloated or gassy (including myself). I know, it sucks. But it doesn't mean you can't enjoy salads! Lettuce free salads are a way to still get your veggies in without all the ruffage. This is my favorite - baby heirloom tomatoes, red onion and Greek olives topped with a homemade balsamic vinegar dressing (and sometimes a sprinkle of feta). Try adding them in every other day to give your belly a break from the ruffage and add some variety into your salad life!
