17 Exercises - 20 reps each - As Many Rounds as Possible in 45 minutes (modify anything you need)

2. Mountain Climbers (each leg)
3. Burpees
4. Bicep Curl and Press
5. Tricep Kick Backs
6. Squats
7. Sumo Squat and Press
8. Lunges (each leg)
9. Skaters (each leg)
10. Single Leg Hip Raises (each leg)
11. Sit Ups
12. V sit ups
13. Leg drops w/weights overhead
14. Superman sit ups
15. Swimmers (both sides)
16. Jump ropes
17. Jumping Jacks
