2017 The Year of Plans and Follow Through


I LOVE this! As we embark upon a new year, for many of us the journey towards better health, wellness, nutrition and fitness will require leaving the shores of our comfort zone and exploring the new areas of meal prepping, cooking more and eating out less, scheduled workouts, walking more, better sleep, learning to say no and not over-committing ourselves everywhere else. As scary as it may seem, if you have a solid plan in place for success and the tools and support to make it happen, 2017 can and will be a life-changing year for you!

Every year I have a motto (I don't believe so much in resolutions as game plans). This year's motto is, "Stick to the plan, the plan is good." It is about making a thorough plan for success with 3, 6, 9 and 12 month milestones and all the steps necessary to achieve those goals. Once those plans are in place, the goal is simple - FOLLOW THROUGH! We expect our children to finish what they start and it's about time we hold ourselves to the same standard. And when you question yourself, simply remember to, "Stick to the plan, the plan is good."

With all this being said, if you do not have a consistent fitness routine or feel lost when you hit the overcrowded gyms come the new year, you are more than welcome to come join us at Clearcreek Fitness Bootcamp. Classes are affordable at $85 a month and run before or after work and school on M/W/F at 530am and M/W/H at 7pm. We offer a combination of weight training, cross training, cario and core conditioning and are currently located inside of GAC's top notch and clean facility in Springboro. In addition to fitness classes, we also offer nutrition coaching and tips and a motivational and fun environment to workout in.
