Moving Indoors for the Winter

The time has finally come to move indoors and I am excited to announce that we will have a new indoor location to help accommodate both our early morning bootcampers AND finally, our evening bootcampers as well! We will be training at GAC Fitness in Springboro, Ohio on Mon/Wed/Fri mornings from 530-630AM and Mon/Wed/Thurs evenings from 7-8PM. There will  be access to showers in the morning for you to use before work and access to childcare on Thursday evenings (if you need childcare other evenings, please let me know and we can work to arrange that). In addition, since our new location has more room, we will have more openings in the morning and evening classes. Starting or even changing up your fitness routine during the winter months is so important to help keep off the holiday pounds and winter blues.

In addition, we are starting our NO GAIN, MAINTAIN HOLIDAY CHALLENGE next week which goes until after the New Year. Our goal is to not gain any weight over the holidays and we will be participating in many mini-challenges along the way to keep us motivated and on task over the holiday season. Below are some pictures of the facility of which we will mainly be using the spin room below. You will still need to bring your own weights, mat, jump rope and band but we will still have access to other equipment to use over the winter months to add some spark and change to our routines after being outdoors for the last 7 months. I am looking forward to working with you all throughout these winter months and helping us to dream big and reach our goals as we finish off 2016 and move into 2017!
