Almond Banana Power Ball
Friday Giveaway day at bootcamp! Today we had an almond banana power ball that was a unanimous amazing (and I don't even like bananas). Posting the recipe below. Enjoy:
2 ripe bananas smashed
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
2 TBS dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS shaved coconut
Mix ingredients together and roll into tablespoon size balls. Place on parchment paper and store in the fridge for 30-60 minutes before serving. They stay soft and moist.
