15 Minute Workout #1

Begin with 1 repetition of each exercise, then complete 2 repetitions of each exercise, then 3, etc... Continue to climb in repetitions and complete as many as you can in 15 minutes (or push it for 20 minutes).

Thruster
Pull Up (or Chin Up or Inverted Push Up)
Burpee
