Track Body Weight Workout

Completed on Track
16 Sit Ups in Corner
16 Decline Push Ups in Opposite Corner
Sprint between one set of corners
Lunge between other set of corners
Decrease reps by 1 after each lap until you complete 16 laps total (15 sit ups, 15 push ups, 14 sit ups, 14 push ups, etc...)
