Run 0.40 miles holding medicine ball
Decline Push Ups - 40 reps
Sit ups - 40 reps
Squats (w or w/out weight) - 40 reps

Run 0.30 miles holding medicine ball
Decline Push Ups - 30 reps
Sit ups - 30 reps
Squats (w or w/out weight) - 30 reps

Run 0.20 miles holding medicine ball
Decline Push Ups - 20 reps
Sit ups - 20 reps
Squats (w or w/out weight) - 20 reps

Run 0.10 miles holding medicine ball
Inverted Push Ups - 10 reps
Sit ups - 10 reps
Squats (w or w/out weight) - 10 reps
