Here is a fun, easy and surprisingly really delicious and flavorful lunch or dinner time main course that your kids will get a kick out of. Egg pizza. It's so simple. Fry up two-three organic free-ranged eggs on the stove top (be sure to use grass-fed butter, coconut or grapeseed oil). Break the yokes before your flip the egg. Flip the egg as a big circle and cook the rest of the way through. Remove from pan and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread organic spaghetti or marinara sauce over the top, cover with raw cheese and any other pizza toppings you would like (they taste great with pickled banana peppers). Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F until cheese melts. Serves great with fresh fruit and vegetables.
